Kurama Tech is a technology company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, dedicated to providing technical support, custom PC building, electronic security installation and IT consulting services for individuals and businesses. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the hiring of our services. By using our services, the client accepts the conditions established herein.

Kurama Tech provides the following services: - Diagnosis and repair of computers, laptops and consoles - Custom and gaming PC builds - Installation and maintenance of network infrastructure - Installation of security cameras and access control - IT consulting for businesses and SMEs All services are quoted in advance and require the client's express approval before proceeding. Kurama Tech reserves the right to decline work that exceeds its operational capacity or presents risk conditions.

Quotes are indicative until a full diagnosis of the equipment is performed. Prices may vary depending on the final diagnosis, parts availability and market conditions. For repair services, diagnosis is free unless the client explicitly declines to proceed with the repair once it's done, in which case a minimum inspection fee may apply. The client will be informed before any extra charge is applied.

All repair and build work performed by Kurama Tech is covered by a warranty. The warranty period and conditions are communicated to the client at the time of diagnosis and are stated on the delivery receipt. The warranty covers failures directly related to the work performed. It does not cover damage from improper use, impacts, liquids, or unauthorized modifications made by the client or third parties after the equipment is delivered. New equipment sold by Kurama Tech carries the manufacturer's official warranty. Outlet (refurbished) equipment carries Kurama Tech's own warranty, with conditions detailed on the sales receipt.

Kurama Tech accepts the following payment methods: - Cash, in Argentine pesos or US dollars - Bank transfer, in pesos or dollars - Debit and credit cards (domestic and international) - Cryptocurrency (USDT / USDC) — subject to the surcharge in effect at the time of payment Discounts are available for cash payments and for business clients. Current promotions are communicated at the time of inquiry.

Clients may pick up their equipment at our facilities or arrange a home delivery. Deliveries are handled via: - Our own delivery service in the 3 de Febrero and Vicente López area - Coordinated motorcycle courier for CABA and the rest of Greater Buenos Aires Shipping cost is agreed with the client in advance. Kurama Tech is not responsible for damage occurring during transport when the shipping service is contracted directly by the client with a third party.

Kurama Tech collects only the personal data strictly necessary to provide the service: name, phone number, email and, for deliveries, mailing address. This data is used exclusively to: - Manage the contracted service - Issue receipts and communications related to the equipment or order - Send information about promotions or updates (only with the client's prior consent) Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Clients may request the update or deletion of their data at any time by writing to info@kuramatech.com.ar. Kurama Tech complies with Argentina's Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.

Kurama Tech is not responsible for the loss of data stored on equipment received for repair. Clients are advised to back up their data before handing over their equipment. In cases where a repair requires procedures that may affect the equipment's data, the client will be informed in advance and their authorization will be requested.

Kurama Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this website and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the conditions in effect at that time.
